On Saturday 1 May, The Dews Club is holding a classic and custom car gathering at The Brian Whitehead Sports Club, Wick Lane, Downton, Wilts, SP5 3NF. There will be a good selection of original ex-Downton Engineering Works cars and plenty of other interesting vehicles along with some of the ex-Downton employees to chat to.
Accompanying the car show, the club will be running a BBQ on Saturday and putting on entertainment in the club house on the Saturday evening. On Sunday morning a there will be a car run taking in where Daniel and Bunty Richmond had lived and some of the road test runs Daniel used, travelling through the beautiful local countryside. The run will finish at a New Forest pub with plenty of parking and refreshments available.

If you wish to take part in any of the DEWS club activities they must be booked in advance and will be on a first come basis, so book early to avoid disappointment.
