IMM record attempt

The IMM 2008 is fast approaching, being held at the RDW grounds in Lelystad, Holland this weekend between 9 and 12 May.
If you're going why not take part in the P & O Ferries Mini World Record attempt for the longest parade of Minis. The record attempt is happening this Sunday 11 May with the aim of smashing the current record of 973 which was set in 2001.
All types of Minis including variants are allowed to enter the record breaking event which will involve a 20km drive through Flevoland in convoy.
The IMM organisers are expecting around 1500 Minis from 20 countries to take part.
Minis will need to be in position by 8am ready to leave at 10am.
Aside from the record attempt there will be plenty to keep you occupied this weekend with a Meguiars Show 'n' Shine, tyre bowling and a party. You will also have a chance to check out all the different Minis attending the IMM.
