Favourite Mini memory?
First amateur Mini resto in about 1986 of a friend's woody Countryman. I really bodged it because there was no budget to get the bodyshell repaired properly.

What are your current Mini projects & what are their current progress?
Scrappy, as above. Waiting for bodyshell to come back from Altered Image of Strood, Kent, so I can bolt it all together. 875cc engine with twin SUs is ready at Southam Mini and Metro Centre. New interior is waiting at Newton Commercial. Sputnik is waiting for new injection loom being made by Auto Sparks, bodyshell just been repaired and sprayed by MLM of Knockholt, Kent, and they will do the final reassembly and set-up as soon as they have the loom.
