Sunday 20 November saw 20 Minis join Robin Hood Mini Club on its annual trip to the Lincolnshire Coast to see the newborn Grey Seal pups at RAF Donna Nook, near Saltfleet.

Eight Minis started out from the first meeting point in Ollerton on a very cold and foggy winter morning. Another 12 joined at Willingham Woods, near Market Raisen, for free tea, coffee and cakes, followed by a 30-mile drive to Donna Nook along fantastic Mini-friendly Lincolnshire roads.

After spending the afternoon viewing the hundreds of seals, some of which were only a few hours old, most of the Minis drove into Mablethorpe where 40 people enjoyed a delicious carvery meal at The Beck Bar and Grill.

Next year’s Seal Pup Run is set for the 18 November.
